PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Please note that all items purchased in an order with a pre-order item will be shipped together with the pre-order item upon it's arrival. If you would like the items to arrive separately (i.e. in-stock items shipped first) then please place separate orders.
Occasionally delays can be experienced with pre-order arrivals due to unforeseen hold-ups in customs, shipping carrier delays or delays in factory dispatch. Whilst we always aim to provide an accurate shipment timeframe, this may change and we will update customers via email if so.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Please note we are a very small team. We work our hardest to dispatch all orders within 3 days. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please firstly check your spam folder, then email us, and we can provide you with an update.
Orders up to $150:
STANDARD SHIPPING : Flat rate $7.00 (dispatch estimate: 1-3 business days. Delivery estimate 3-7 business days post dispatch).
EXPRESS SHIPPING : Flat rate $13.00 (dispatch estimate: 1-3 business days. Delivery estimate 1-3 business days post dispatch).
Orders $150 and over:
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING (dispatch estimate: 1-3 business days. Delivery estimate 1-3 business days post dispatch).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard International Shipping: Flat rate $20 AUD* (delivery estimate 5-10 business days**).
Express International Shipping: Flat rate $30 AUD* (delivery estimate 3-6 business days**).
Orders $150 and over:
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (delivery estimate 5-10 business days**)
*International shipping fees do not include duty, customs fees or VAT which vary by country and will be billed to you before delivery.
**Standard delivery times are between metropolitan areas of major cities, excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.
