REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS:
~ Please note that we do not offer refunds on any sale items or items where a discount code has been applied.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS:
~ If a sale item is less than 30% off at time of purchase, we will happily allow for a store credit note. Any sale item over 30% off is considered FINAL SALE and is not able to be returned for a refund OR exchange.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON FULL-PRICED ITEMS:
~ Please note that we will not offer refunds or exchanges for any items which have had tags removed or hygiene sticker removed.
We will offer refunds/exchanges within 14 days of customer receiving their full-priced goods, however please note that return postage is at buyer's expense, so please refer to our size guide on the website or reach out to us via email for sizing advice to ensure correct sizing prior to purchase.
Refunds will be processed in same method of original purchase within 7 business days of Moni receiving return parcel. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded. Moni will not accept responsibility for banking institution processing times.
Exchanges are always subject to product availability. It is advisable to check the website or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a current update of stock availability. Most exchanges are redeemable via online store credit which will be emailed to customer upon return of item(s) unless organised prior via email. Exchanges will be shipped within 7 business days of Moni receiving return parcel.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that items received are faulty or inconsistent with items that were purchased please email email@example.com and we can assit/rectify. Please note we cannot accept liability until items are received and can be confirmed as faulty.
How to Return
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise an exchange, credit note or refund.
We endeavour to respond as promptly as possible, however some times can be busier than others and we are a very small team so please allow up to 3 business days for a response.
We advise that customers select a service that provides tracking as Moni will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items upon returning. It is also recommended that customers retain proof of postage (receipt) until refund/exchange is processed.
